Elizabeth McAllister is a consultant in public sector strategic management. Her clients include the World Bank, the European Commission, the International Federation of Red Cross Red Crescent, the Caribbean Development Bank and the Canadian International Development Agency, various non-profit organizations and developing country governments. She was twice elected Chair of the OECD Development Assistance Committee's (DAC) Expert Group on Women in Development. She has also served as the Director of the Canadian International Development Agency. |

Joanna Kerr As an advisor and strategist Joanna Kerr works with numerous organizations towards advancing women’s rights internationally. She is the former Executive Director of the Association for Women's Rights in Development (AWID) from 2000 to the end of 2006. Some of her publications include Financial Sustainability for Women’s Movements Worldwide (AWID forthcoming), The Future of Women’s Rights: Global Visions and Strategies (2004, ZED press) edited with Ellen Sprenger and Alison Symington. |

Parvez Kapoor Parvez Kapoor is a Senior Adviser at the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation. From 2000 to 2004 he worked as a Resident Representative for Save the Children in Managua covering Nicaragua, Honduras and the Dominican Republic. Parvez is currently technically responsible for the Norwegian Microfinance Portfolio and involved in policy work related to Economic Empowerment of Women. |
